From the reel: CLAUDE, NEWSLETTER · Updated Oct 2026

Turn any blog post into a ready-to-send newsletter in under 2 minutes. You need Claude, a free Omnisend account and one blog link.

What you need

  • A Claude account
  • A free Omnisend account (omnisend.com)
  • The Blog → Newsletter skill (download below)
  • The link to one of your blog posts

Step 1: Connect Omnisend to Claude

  1. Go to omnisend.com and create a free account. No credit card needed.
  2. In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors.
  3. Search for Omnisend and click Connect.
  4. Sign in with your Omnisend account and allow access.

💡 The free plan covers up to 250 contacts and 500 emails a month. That's plenty to start.

Step 2: Add the Blog → Newsletter skill

  1. Download the skill:

    Download the skill (.zip)
  2. In Claude, go to Customize → Skills → "+" → "Create skill" → "Upload a skill", and upload the ZIP. Toggle it on.

  3. Start a new chat and type: Turn my blog post into a newsletter.

Step 3: Answer a few quick questions

Claude asks a few things before it writes. Just tap your answers:

Step 4: Done. Your newsletter is in Omnisend

Claude reads your blog and builds the newsletter:

  • A strong hook, 3 key takeaways and one clear button
  • 3 subject line options plus preview text

Quick tips

  • Your blog post already is your newsletter. Start with the posts that already get traffic.
  • Show Claude 1 or 2 of your past newsletters so it sounds like you.
  • Send yourself a test email before sending to your list.
  • Prefer Mailchimp? The skill works with Mailchimp too. See also Plan an email campaign with Claude and Mailchimp.
