Run social media inside Claude (with Blotato)

Create, post and schedule to 9 platforms from one Claude chat.

Step 1: Install the Content Repurposing skill

This teaches Claude to turn one source piece (your blog post, script or notes) into posts for each platform, written for how people read there.

  1. Open Claude and go to Customize → Skills.
  2. Click "+", then "Add new skill".
  3. Upload the skill downloaded from the GitHub repo above.
  4. Click Install.

Note: to add it manually, click "+" → "Create skill" → upload the skill's .md file.

Step 2: Install the Avoid AI Writing skill

This teaches Claude to write without AI markers.

  1. Open Claude and go to Customize → Skills.
  2. Click "+", then "Add new skill".
  3. Upload the skill downloaded from the GitHub repo.
  4. Click Install.

Tip: for posts in your own voice, also install the Voice Builder skill. See Make Claude write like you.

Step 3: Connect Canva

This makes the image (carousel slides, quote cards or story graphics) to go with your caption.

  1. Go to Customize → Connectors.
  2. Find Canva in the connector directory and click Connect.
  3. Log in at canva.com and click Allow.
  4. Canva now shows as a connected app inside Claude.

Step 4: Connect Blotato (posting and DM automation)

One connection, and Claude can publish or schedule to 9 social platforms and set up DM automation.

Sign up for Blotato (sponsored)

  1. Go to Customize → Connectors.
  2. Click "+" → "Add custom connector" (Blotato isn't in the default directory yet).
  3. Name it "Blotato" and paste this server URL: https://mcp.blotato.com/mcp
  4. Click Add, then Connect, and sign in with your Blotato account.
  5. In Blotato's dashboard, connect the social accounts you want Claude to post to.
  6. Come back to Claude and start posting by chatting.

Step 5: Run the workflow

Same chat, every time:

  1. Paste your blog post (or script) into Claude.
  2. Ask: Repurpose this into an Instagram post.
  3. Ask: Run avoid-ai-writing on the generated content.
  4. Ask: Generate a matching carousel image in Canva.
  5. Ask: Post this through Blotato. Or schedule it for later.
  6. Optional: set up a DM automation on the same post with the Blotato MCP.
